"Clean room and good amenities "

"I enjoyed my time at the hotel and liked the area since there are lots of food spots to choose from. The room was clean, the staff was kind, and the parking was easy and very close to your room. The breakfast was mid but you cannot beat free coffee. Overall, I will stay here again. But fix your wifi and make it better. I need it the wifi to work on my assignments during my stay. Lol."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a unique mix of classic and modern vibes—the traditional lock-and-key style gives it a charming, old-school feel, while the inside is updated, clean, and very modern. Parking was much easier than I expected based on past reviews. The hotel provides a parking pass that works for both sides of the street, which made things pretty convenient and stress-free. The only downsides were the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited, and that you can hear some noise from downstairs in the morning. That said, it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, the place felt well-kept and comfortable, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"So convenient and comfortable! Walking distance from the Beverly Center Mall, lots of restaurants and attractions! Hotel is comfortable, rooms are spacious and staff is helpful! "

"Breakfast was great but the "fresh" pastries were anything but fresh they were dry like week old pastries.Room was clean. Bathroom needs updating. Mirror held up by drywall screws at the bottom. Open shower glass design leads to a wet bathroom and a cold shower. Shower fixture was old and outdated. The next complaint is not due to the hotel but due to the construction around the hotel - there was loud banging like pile driving all night. The city has quite hours but the construction never stopped. Again his portion of the complaint is only about the city and would effect all hotels in the area. "

"The room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Parking was amazing you get your own parking spot right in front of your room door. The only issue I had was no hot water. The hot water ran out so fast I had to take a cold shower."

"Room wasn’t clean even though it was made up. My kids feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot. They must not clean the carpet, ever. Dust bunnies found under the bed after trying to get my kids toys back. My husband’s allergies were so bad staying inside. Parking is a joke. There are six tandem spots right outside the lobby. If someone is parked there already you either Austin powers it and park or get out of your car to run into the lobby and ask the front desk to open the underground garage gate at the back of the hotel. "
