Excellent location with very easy access to the surrounding major museums. Lots of choices to dine from along Wilshire Drive. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious clean room with very comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location for our needs. Walkable to fast food, breakfast diner and coffee shop if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Nice room with everything you’d expect. Love the hydration stations for refilling your own bottle, avoiding plastic bottles

Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions

The hotel was clean and had a Nordic, clean feel to it. The staff was lacking except for Darryl-he was very helpful. Out of coffee in the lobby by 8:30 am!? So I went to the cafe area and located a staff person. Told him lobby area was out of coffee- so he said “ just get some coffee in here then and oh- can you tell the front desk we are out of coffee ? #1- I shouldn’t have to alert staff about this- it’s his job and #2 there was no one at the front desk-in fact no one anywhere - until I located him in the cafe area . So staff needs a management meeting to tell them to up their game…they are in the hospitality business—not the disappearing business.

I think you should make sure folx know that the pool is really a wading pool although it's gorgeous and PLEASE put higher railings up on the right side of the pool area. It's terrifying with a kid! Love Love LOVE your staff and gorgeous hotel otherwise. Chris the valet deserves a raise- what a nice, helpful person!

The only thing i did not like about my stay here is the noise. I can hear the street noise and also what was more annoying is i can hear the noise from the other room: their TV, their talking and the snore of whoever is sleeping next door. I was relieved there is video streaming so i played sleep videos to mask the sounds coming from the room next door. Otherwise, my check-in was amazing! Staff was amazing! The room and place was very clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience at AC Hotel. The staff in particular were very friendly and always had a welcoming vibe. The room condition and amenities like rooftop pool were perfect for my stay and I have no complaints there. I think the only negative is the shape of the hotel's ice machines, which weren't working on my floor. There was also a large cockroach in the hallway of my floor that I ended up killing myself. A totally random pest problem that probably happens infrequently, but it was worth mentioning. Parking is restricted and $60 a night so worth mentioning as well.
