Top Heamoor Hotel Reviews

The Pirate Inn

The Pirate Inn

10/10 Excellent
"โ€‹A wonderfully cozy pod with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It was very quiet at night. Having the parking space right in front is super convenient. Location-wise, itโ€™s about a 15-minute walk to the town center, with a bus stop right outside the pub. While breakfast isn't available, there are complimentary tea and coffee setup in the room. Highly recommended!"

Tregenna Castle Resort

Tregenna Castle Resort

8/10 Good
"The property is great with a great view. The old castle gives an amazing experience. The breakfast was nice and there were many varieties and good choices for vegetarians. Using the sink was challenging as they are using the old two tap system but the tap is too short and the cold water pressure was low in the room so I couldn't use the sink. The bed was too small, short and uncomfortable. Other than this the experience was really good."

The Queens Hotel

The Queens Hotel

8/10 Good
"Room was spacious and clean, but tired. Shower is a stand in a bathtub situation. Windows very dirty, and bed was a big, but needed a little TLC. Fine, but 2/3star at best. Breakfast was good, cooked breakfast very good. Service was impeccable. Bar service slow as the Batman appeared to be in the restaurant also. Accept this is Penzance, not Paris, so Iโ€™m satisfied, but not blown away, for over ยฃ200 a night."

"The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly, cheerful, just lovely to be around. The food was amazing. The 4 cheese tortellini in particular was out of this world. The only issue I had was the striped carpet on the stairs. For some reason, it was really disorienting. I thought it was just me (I recently got new vari-focal glasses) but my husband thought the same."

"A hotel with a good view over the beach. The spa was OK the pool quite small with sauna. We did eat in the restaurant not much choice in the evening. Would have liked mirrors in the room which weren't blurred in order to do make up. Otherwise a nice stay for a treat. Not a cheap option but would go back."
