A short staffed overpriced motel

Entered my room to see that it had not been cleaned from the previous guest (it was in the afternoon). The rooms are a noisy affair on street level facing a 40 cars parking. There is also a restaurant from which loud guests come out before revving their cars til late. Early in the morning you have the same cars wakeing you up. And for the pleasure you pay dear money. I was told the restaurant is very good. I'll sleep in it next time.

Séjour de 3 nuitées pour raison professionnelle. Habitué de cet établissement. Toujours très satisfait. Dépaysement garanti avec le cri des mouettes! Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain très vaste et bien aménagée. Bonne insonorisation. Restaurant à recommander pour le déjeuner et le diner.

Ein nettes und sauberes Hotel mit praktischer und moderner Zimmer-Einrichtung in ruhiger Lage. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge per Fahrrad zur Tulpenblüte in der Umgebung oder per Auto zb zum Käsemarkt nach Alkmaar… oder nach Amsterdam. Mehrere Waschbeckenabflüsse waren teilweise verstopft und flossen nicht richtig ab. Der Toilettendeckel war lose. Einige Servicekräfte aus dem Restaurant könnten deutlich freundlicher sein. Wahrscheinlich jugendliche Aushilfskräfte. Die Fahrradbox muss immer vom Personal auf- und abgeschlossen werden. Außerdem wirds darin sehr schnell sehr eng. Da das Personal aus dem Empfang oder Restaurant kommen muss, ist das für das Personal auch immer viel Aufwand. Im Allgemeinen war aber alles ok.

Wat ik minder vond is dat bij ontbijt de borden niet schoon waren. Personeel zat veel op de telefoon of stond bij de ingang te roken. Voor de rest qua accommodatie gewoon netjes. Nette kamers. Helaas werkte bij ons de airconditioning niet waardoor t best warm werd. Wat wel mooie was dat de bed enigszins was opgemaakt en de vloer gezogen nadat we weg waren geweest. Top

Kamer was super, echter was er gedurende het hele weekend een probleem met de tv. Personeel heeft vanalles geprobeerd maar kregen het niet opgelost helaas. Verder was ons verblijf zeer aangenaam.
