"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Deutsches Haus. We stayed in the historic Deutsches Haus building, right in the heart of the medieval old town. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The hallways almost feel like walking through an art museum, while the rooms have been completely updated. Our room was outstanding, with a great view over the square, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful modern bathroom and shower.
Staying inside the medieval city walls was a fantastic experience. We could simply walk out the door and explore Dinkelsbühl on foot. The town is lively and has plenty to see and do, and we found it much less busy and crowded than Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which added to its charm.
The included breakfast was excellent and served in the main building where reception is located.
The historic building does not have an elevator, which wasn't a problem for us and is worth knowing. The hotel also has limited parking nearby, so if you're arriving by car, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot.
A wonderful hotel in a beautiful historic town and one of the highlights of our trip through Germany."
"Very clean room and hotel as well. The SPA is really nice with outside pool and sunbeds. Breakfast was delicious as well. Very nice view with the surrounding nature"
"This is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and spacious, parking available on site, pet friendly and so convenient. We’ve stayed twice when visiting family living close by and it is wonderful! "
"Nice room with balcony. Storage space was a bit small, but good enough for up to 2 people for a couple of days. Breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good. Check-in and parking was several blocks away, so good to be prepared upon entering the town. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location fantastic."
