"The staff were extremely courteous and friendly! Over the top continental breakfast! Loved the location, it was convenient to everything Helen had to offer! We will definitely be staying at the Helendorf if our travels take us to Helen again! Love the cleanliness and well stocked rooms! Plenty of pillows, towels, cups, tissues, even coffee! My husband and I don't drink coffee but it was right there in the room with a Keurig! Absolutely wonderful stay here!"

"We were moved to the Holiday Inn after a snafu at another hotel and could not be more pleased. Becky was at the desk both nights (11/7 and 11/8) and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The dark-haired woman who was at breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings (11/8 and 11/9) was very kind, offering suggestions for local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The hotel was perfect walking distance to everything in Helen, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone going!"
