"Stopped for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. Great check-in, friendly staff, lovely room and nice atmosphere overall, very modern. We didn't eat, but what we saw of other's meals it looked pretty decent. Would certainly stay again as location was good too. "

"The lobby and bar are lovely but when you get to the bedrooms i can only describe them as basic and in our room was a stale beer smell. You did get used to it when in the room but every time you entered the room it was like a slap in the face. We stayed for three days and the second day room service didnt come until 5.30pm when i was just getting intobthe shower to go out at night time and 20 minutes later when asking reception to let them know they can service the room and they had left the following day we were checking out and for some reason room service woke us up rather than servicing the room after we had checked out. We are also appauled that the carpark is £25 per night on top of the stay. I feel thisbis rediculous and stinks of money grabbing rather than helping patrons of the hotel who have already paid to stay at the hotel. The shower was powerful and i liked that but all in all I would say our stay was bang average and i left feeling very disapointed. I will not be staying here again. "

"Breakfast was good room was clean bar was good. Food was a problem they couldnt offer what was on menu due to non guests having it before the guests. That was distgusting service"

"The staff were friendly but one young receptionist thought wexhad checkedc out and we hadnt so we couldnt get back into our room it was rectified straight away and apologised "

"Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel is located outside the city, it’s only about an 18-minute drive to the city centre, so it’s still very convenient. Highly recommended! "
