I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—more like 2.5 stars. The staff were great and the rooms were clean, but it’s definitely better advertised than it actually is. Also, one floor seemed to be used for long-term housing to immigrants, which made it unclear what type of place it really is."
