Friendly and helpful staff, young hip design, mid point between central station and ferry port by the Old Market Hall so a leisure stroll to major sites. Bright clean room and more amenities than expected for a europe-hotel at this price point, excellent breakfast buffet. Oh and right by, literally right by the tram stop.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Location was very good. Service was welcoming and over all excellent! Breakfast was full and delicious. Hotel was clean, cosy and beds were nice. We Strongly recommend! =)

reception and lifts are very slow, room could be a bit cleaner (floor etc), but quality of bed and wc/shower is good. sorry we were not able to open window, not in every room you can get fresh air, only rooms with balcony probably... breakfast a bit basic, but good selection of teas and fruits. .
