Location was great - about a 2 min walk from the nearest tram stop (then about 10-15 mins by tram to the city centre). There was a Lidl supermarket just down the road which was also handy. "Perfect location for summer stay with my daughter: so many excellent food choices and shopping options and attractions. Easy walk to the beach and the market for ferries and numerous museums as well as rail and busses (in the mall). It would be noisy in the morning with windows open in the summer, as the streets are cleaned at like 5 AM and construction started as well, but it was really quiet in the apartment with everything shut, and the AC worked great in the short times we used it....

Par contre il n'était pas dans un état acceptable: c'était sale meme si le ménage a été fait avant notre arrivée (sol qui colle, vaisselle sale, tapis pas aspirés plein de chenit...).
