Centrally Located Apartment

- The apartment is centrally located, - Many places close by to eat and drink. - The keys have to picked up from a different (close) location - In my opinion they have a late check-in time (4 PM) - There was a lack of description how to find the apartment (which floor, which apartment number), took me some time to find it after calling them up. - The apartment feels new with a high quality (kitchen, bathroom etc), but the quality of the furnishing is not the same.

サウナつきと記載してあったので決めたのにサウナはなく、そのことを問い合わせ　部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったたらサウナはなく、他のサウナつきのところは空いていないと言ってエクスペディアのせいにしていました。(この件と架空の支払いの疑いへの対処をエクスペディアに問い合わせていますが未だに返事がありません。) またドアの鍵がなかなか開かなくいつも5分以上外で鍵と格闘、一度1時間以上開かず、人の手も借りても無理だったので緊急連絡先に問い合わせたら一度開いた鍵は必ず開くのでの一点張りで具体な対処をしようともしなく寒空の夜に幼い子供達を横に切羽詰まりの連絡に寧ろ逆上していました。更に室内の唯一の暖房である床暖房の操作法の記載もなくスイッチが入らなくて寒いので暖房を入れて欲しいとわざわざ頼みに出向いたにもかかわらず　作業員は留守の間きちんと操作したはずだといって、20度は普通だとも言い退け結局全く暖房も入らず寒い室内で過ごさなくてはいけなかったので体調を崩しがちでした。 正直、サウナがあると思って予約してないところからして、詐欺だし、フィンランドという寒い国での真っ当な対処は微塵もなく、ただサイトで体裁を繕う設備だけ記載しといて実際は違うという旅行者の立場を逆手にとった悪質なところだと思います。エクスペディアの対応がなかったため結局ここにいるしかないという選択肢のなさも嫌でした。
