"the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my room. after which i had to go back down to the front desk at 9pm to sign a paper that was forgotten during my initial check in. luckily my room was clean. however, the smoke alarm was fully disconnected even though it was a non smoking room. the mattress and pillows were very hard and the blankets were thin and too small for the bed. i was not expecting any kind of luxury while staying at a super 8 motel, but the check in experience of this place was so off putting i will not be staying in any super 8 motel again. "

"DONT STAY!! this hotel was very deceiving when booked first night we didn't feel safe there as alot of police were there were busting rooms open, there was nothing said or showed this room had 2 doors to get into it so the outside door had 1/2 in to 1in gaps didn't fit in the door frame people stood outside our door talking and smoking so smoken was coming into our room when it was supposed to be a non smoking room ugg front desk people /manger had their kids there running and screaming the hallway we were there 3 nights because of graduation so there was no other hotels with vacancies so my son and I both ended up taking turns sleeping."

"The property needs some updates. We had to shut the air unit off during the night, it made a loud noise. You get what you pay for. Not sure we will be back."

"The best stay at a hotel we’ve had in years! I couldn’t give them enough praise. Every staff member we encountered was absolutely precious and so attentive. The breakfast is delicious and so many different options. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The nightly “kickback” was such a nice surprise! We went to see what snacks they had available and got so full there was no need to go out for dinner . The room was very clean and spacious and everything worked as it should. From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be back when in the area again . "
