"The room was dusty, but other than that, it felt clean. There were 20 or so cats in the parking lot, and this is definitely a hotel people live in. There's too much to mention regarding that... Would I stay there again, probably not, but it was fine for me & my husband when we were too tired to keep driving."

"Very bad customer service and manager or owner. Whoever the older lady was had the weird eyes nicest way I can put it. She is a very rude bad word she come running out of the hotel room at 10 AM long story short she made me pay for my 13-year-old son who was tall with a small massage because she was 100% sure he was a grown man and me being eight hours away from home. I had no birth records to prove he was a child got woke up at 2 AM with bedbugs bites which I am in talks with attorney about this also my air conditioner barely worked. The room stayed 78° the entire time we were there and it was almost 90 in Dexter. The shower hardly had any hot water and they allowed for somebody to be cooking in the fire alarm went off screaming at night when I went to front desk they said oh it’s OK. It’s just somebody cooking like it was OK that in the middle of the night someone’s cooking waking up other guests absolutely terrible experience. Never will. I stay here again and I did stay there quite often when my mother was first diagnosed with cancer, but during that time I was hardly ever at the hotel. The hotel was pretty much somewhere for me just to store my stuff why I was at the hospital step in and sleep for a couple hours and back out never had an actual full stay until this past time and never again will i again."

"Very basic. No shampoo or facial tissue. Seemed unusual, but it was clean and in good condition."

"TV didn't work. went back to the desk. Told her. She turned and walked off. Silent! disappeared for 10 minutes.. Came back. told us she reset it and it was working fine . Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel like we were owed something ..at least a damn bottle of water!! "

"The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through."
