"I travel quite a bit and was blown away away by my stay at Residence Inn in Jackson, TN. This hidden gem is tucked away off Campbell Street making it convenient to family and shopping for me. The breakfast options were off the charts with extras like Pico, salso, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and homemade cream cheese is a variety of flavors. They have EVERYTHING! Lastly, I made an error and showed up a day later than originally booked. The manager worked with Hotels.com to helped me resolve and rebook. I can't say enough about this place..... even the maintenance man was friendly. My new goto place to stay when in Jackson. Should be yours, too! Liam, and his staff will not disappoint."
"Great place to stay to lay your head. It's very outdated, but there's evidence the owners have attempted to spruce it up. It's overall clean and quiet. I traveled alone, and felt safe. The buttons were worn off in the room AC, but it was functional. The mini fridge could have been updated. Hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. I expected some kind of pastries or bagles. There were 2 sugary cereals, bread, mini muffins and waffles. There was no butter for the toast or waffles. All in all it was a good place for the price. Easy to get to and friendly."
"There were strands of hair one of the pillows and a wash cloth…disgusting! The shower was not as clean as it could’ve been…dirty grout, mold in various corners of the tub.
The staff was kind and accommodating. "
"Rooms were great. Staff as very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts buffet eggs were watery. Not enough fresh fruit. No milk or 1/2 & 1/2. Coffee was intermittent. Coffee in the lobby as good."

"We stayed for our family reunion and it was amazing. The staff was great. We loved our room looking out from the interstate and was close to all food places and gas if needed. The breakfast started at 6 and we got down there at 8:30 and they ran out of bacon and syrup for the waffles sadly, but the rest of the breakfast was AMAZING. The rooms were clean and had great toiletries if needed. Great experience!"
"Clean and huge rooms. We arrived past their front desk hours so there was a way to pick up the keys thru lockbox. Walking distance to fastfood and restaurants in the area. I recommend this place."
