"The main problem with this hotel is that the front desk is badly understaffed. They've got only one girl working the desk at a time. As a result, when I arrived by plane and called, no one answered. So, I called Wyndham itself, and that was a true nightmare. The answer bot could not find my reservation, refused to give me another number for the hotel, claiming it was "confidential" and gave me a very hard time about transferring to a real person, delaying and delaying, advising me that it could handle my issue or I could find my answer on the website. Finally, I was transferred to human customer service. I waited, waited and waited and, after 20+ minutes of waiting, gave up. I ended up calling hotels.com, and the local hotel front desk did pick up the phone for them. Caller ID. They cross connected me and I got to the shuttle bus and the hotel after about an hour delay. I checked in. The first room was inundated with a huge concentration of insecticide. No one had bothered to air it out before assigning it. At the front desk, I explained that I was choking from the insecticide. This same women, who didn't answer my initial calls did not apologize. Instead she seemed irritated, and mechanically gave me a new key & rm. # without saying a word. Bad experience. Not recommended."

"Avoid this property. Not worth the money. The only value is the location. Otherwise, find another hotel. The hot water was “warm”. They had no bottle water the whole week i was there. My room was hot, felt like the a/c was not working and when I complained, the brought me a fan…..to blow the hot air around. Breakfast was “ok”, no frills. Just not worth the money. Tried to cancel but expedia said the property owner said no."

"Great room my wife and I stayed in. The view was very beautiful at night too. The downside was we didn't know if the mini fridge was on or not. The main reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was the breakfast buffet had stale bagels and no waffle maker. There were apples and oranges, but some bananas would be a nice addition as well for fruit choices. All in all, great space. Great area that's close by the Convention Center. Would love to go back when I have FanExpo come around."

"The hotel was functionally very good. The lighting in the room was very sparse. There was no easy outlet to get to by the desk and there was no lamp or lighting there. The beds were great, comfortable with really nice bedding and pillows. Parking was easy. Staff was really good. I thought it was good value for what we paid."

"Hitel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Had called earlier in the day to see about early check in, was told it was no problem. Ended up hitting traffic so still didn't arrive until 3 which is when check in is. Was told they had no rooms available and it would be 30 mins. Check back 30 mins later, still no rooms available. We were going to a concert and needed to get ready so checked back another 30 mins later, still no rooms! We ended up getting ready in their lobby bathroom and then 20 minutes later our room was finally ready. Terrible check in experience and made us late for what we had planned. Nice hotel, but hire more help!"
