"We enjoyed everything but the checkin process. After hours checkin was a nightmare because we were not given the needed information in advance so we were having to call hotels.com at 1 am to resolve the problem with tired people in the car who didn't feel safe because we couldn't bring the car into secure parking until we got the missing information"

"Visited Louvre Lens. The hotel was ideally situated across from the railway station. The room was clean with modern decors on movie themes. The bed was really comfortable. There is no bath but the shower is excellent. The room was spacious. Breakfast was varied and simple but the food presented was delicious. Cereals, eggs, cold meats, compotes, teas/coffees. A bar and meals are available but we chose to eat out and a charming restaurant around the corner. The choice of places was extended and choices of restaurant options varied and all within easy walking distance of hotel. Staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Great stay."
