No signage to direct you to pods from T5 (and T5 airport staff know nothing about) so make sure you have directions on how to get there from website before you travel. But fitted dispenser next to wash basin contains hand lotion and can easily be mistaken for soap. Everything was very clean. No USB-C charger port, although this is now the international standard. Just one USB-A port. No bedside sockets or charger ports. If Premier Inn can manage that, you would expect that at a much more high end hotel. Pleasant bar and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, although we were sat at one end of the dining area and could not see and was not made aware of the offerings of fruit and yogurt on the other counter."
