"Very spacious & perfect for what we needed. I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t in use as it makes life difficult with a baby. We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. "I loke the fact I have the compound to myself, the rooms are ok for me and my family, but the internet signal around the building needs to be fix, the smoke detector was removed which is against safety which I complained but was not fixed till I left, except all that, it's generally satisfactory.
