"Great hotel in the heart of Athens, about 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of several major historic sites, museums, and some excellent restaurants. The hotel is only about two years old, so everything feels modern, clean, and new. The room was comfortable, the jacuzzi was a great bonus after a long day of walking, and the staff and housekeeping were excellent. One thing to know: the hotel is on the main strip, so there is loud live music in the evenings—drums, guitars, and harmonicas—usually until around 10–11 p.m. I actually enjoyed it because it added to the excitement and atmosphere. Great location, great service, reasonable price. I definitely recommend it if you're visiting Athens! 🇬🇷🏛️"

"We had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel in Heraklion. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a convenient location for exploring Heraklion and the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The rooms were well maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Heraklion, Crete. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked our stay months in advance of our trip. Yet when we arrived at 11pm at night (my wife, I, 2 children and the Mother In Law we were told the room wasn’t ready(?!) and they would have to put another bed in a different room so we could all fit in. That led to a half hour delay (not welcome at that time of night with young children) and worse still we would have to move rooms the next day…hotel is good for a city centre location, but that really poor start left a bad taste in the mouth…."
