"The Hotel Monte Rosa in Zermatt is absolutely superb in all respects, especially with regard to the staff. Our spacious suite was excellent. It was also greatly appreciated to have complimentary ground transportation between the train station and the hotel. The complimentary breakfasts in their elegant dining room were excellent as well. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel Monte Rosa for making our stay truly memorable!"

"Perfect Location with Incredibly Friendly Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bahnhof! The location is unbeatable literally right across from the train station, which made traveling so easy. Despite being so central, I felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-organized. The bed and bedding, however, were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and cozy place with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We were upgraded to the sister hotel down the street, which was new and had a great parking garage. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only issue, is these hotels were both on a main road. Not, overlooking a lake as portrayed. They were convienent to the train station to Zermatt. But, definitely more in a city than countryside. We also wished there were windows we could open. We had to keep our deck door open at night, which was a bummer because people kept smoking outside."
