"Stopped as an impromptu side quest on the way from Louisville KY back home. Arrived and asked qhere nearby could we get some Nashville hot chicken and had no idea what we were talking about. Get to room and didnt look horrible at first. One of the two beds had burn holes in the blanket and sheets but thankfully the beds were comfortable. Hair everywhere and it definitely didnt belong to us. Breakfast was a joke. Somw muffins and fruit. You could make a waffle and get coffee. Advertised as having indoor pool but its an indoor/outdoor so off season no pool. Would not stay again"

"All staff members were friendly and willing to accommodate with whatever they were able to. The rooms were a good size and clean! "

"The front desk was very helpful and attentive. The van shuttle was very helpful. Did not try the breakfast due to our flight was before the time it was available. "

"Expedia said I had until 1am to check in. I got there at 12:55 and the clerk said my room was given away before she came in at 11pm! "

"We have stayed here before and it was very bare bones but fine for a quick night of sleep near the airport. This time, when we checked in we were directed to 2 different rooms that had obviously not been cleaned (sheets torn off the beds etc), before finally finding us a room that was actually available. When we finally got a room on the 3rd floor- there was no button in the elevator indicating there was a third floor (picture attached). The smoke detector in our room was removed from the ceiling and in the drawer of the dresser. There was trash piled up in the hallway. And our kids found an open pack of cigarettes in their room. Definitely not worth the cost savings."

"Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast, but they had shuttle services to the airport, very helpful for traveling. Also, we checked in early, and had already had issues with our trip, she was very kind and told us she wouldn’t charge us for a fee, but next time they’ll have too. Customer service was amazing. Good place to stay, good staff. "

"Excellent location I’m a quick access to airport, very pleasant staff. The hotel is very dated. However, the rooms have been updated but the show that it’s an old hotel."
