"Great resort right on the ocean near many activities and the port for sport fishing. The staff, the pool, the breakfast and the views are amazing. There were only two cons that bothered me during my stay. 1.The hallways are noisy and echo voices and door which slam loudly due to strong closing mechanisms. So if sleeping in is your thing this will be a annoyance to you. 2. The beds are very hard and the pillows lack filling. So if you’re a side sleeper or like plush beds this may be a challenge for you. You’re going to want extra pillows."

Special thanks to Sebastian, Christian, and Juana, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The concierge and front desk team were also fantastic, making our stay seamless. Hotel security was also involved, helping us with luggage, restaurant suggestions, and travel tips. Priscilla (the AM coffee attendant) was clutch to waking up early to get the day started. The hotel’s central location allowed us to easily explore nearby restaurants and shops—everything was just a short walk away. We genuinely can't think of a single negative aspect; it was that good! We’re already planning our return and can’t wait to recommend Hotel Lia to our friends and family. "

"Our favorite part about our stay was actually where we were at. We chose the affordable cabins next to Carabelas restaurant and they were amazing. The cabins were so surrounded by nature and felt completely private away from everyone else. "

"It’s a lovely beachfront spot with amenities that allows you to relax without having the need to leave for dining. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen but there is a restaurant and bar on property as well. There are spa services available but the massage received during our stay was lackluster at best. The staff was an absolute delight! From the groundskeepers, housekeeping, service staff and the front desk went above and beyond! The ocean is particularly calm in this area with very little drop off that makes swimming and wading enjoyable. This spot will be revisited! "
