"This is more a hostel than a hotel. The shared bathroom with the malfunctioning shower, the moody door keypad locks, the entire 3rd floor shaking when anyone walks in the hallway, the guests that stay screaming way past quiet hours that you can hear whisper in your room. The neighbor that chainsmokes cigarettes and coughs like he's breathing fire. Just about everything was awful. Absolutely dreadful. Go stay somewhere else."

"Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. Wine and cheese hour in the club room is lovely - the guests are friendly and good way to find out what else to explore in the area. The spa was a real highlight - sauna and a mineral soak after a busy sightseeing day was a real delight. We didn’t book treatments this time, but did take advantage of the jacuzzi and spa - great Asian vibe. We’re shoulder-season people and appreciate that P-town was just emerging from spring into the busier season…loved that the resort was busy but didn’t feel crowded. Location is great - everything is within walking distance. Huge thank you to Chris and the reception team for such a warm welcome, a truly gracious host - really appreciate the tips about what to see and when…we’ll absolutely be back again."

"It was fine. It's a pricey place that doesn't always present that way. Needs some updating for sure. The staff is fantastic. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. The chef was delightful. The room was comfortable. Great bed. Again, the staff couldn't have been better."

"The location of the hotel was good, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Coffee/tea/ water is available throughout the day (pods) but the $5.00 voucher for breakfast is ridiculous since it doesn’t cover much more than a drip coffee at the market across the street. The toilet made a loud noise after every flushing and the heater had a mind of its own independent on the thermostat. We were unable to stream a movie since the WiFi was too slow. Also, not having an attendant on the premises caused all the cars to be blocked in the driveway by the Electrical companies trucks while the road was closed. (No one was there to inform the guests that work was to be performed and that they should move their car if they needed to use it that day). "

"The room was in very good condition. It looked freshly painted, and the colors and the moldings made it really stand out, it had great lighting at the beds for reading at night. The bed was comfortable. the toilet and shower were separated from the sink area. self parking was right outside the rooms. They offer a continental breakfast included in the price of the room with everything from muffins, yogurt and packages of oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, some fruit, coffee, etc. so a decent amount of food to eat. Dining is outside or in their enclosed tent with heaters. The property has shuffleboard and a nightly fire pit. The swimming pool was not yet open. There were some tiny sugar ants in the room that I notified them about in the morning. they said that they had sprayed for these ants and then turned on the garden sprinkler system. They tend to come in after that so they were gonna be addressing that. they did do right by me on the cost of the room, based on this inconvenience. The shower was good. Lots of hot water. I recommended they changed the plastic shower mat as it was yellow and didn’t look very nice but all in all a great location, great prices and responsive staff."
