"Upon our arrival apartment did not look like it was cleaned, floor still had stains,  balcony glass sliding doors was all dirty. They claimed because it was raining the day before, we arrived late in the afternoon on a sunny day. They offered to clean the apartment the next day in the evening, but we did not want for anyone to start cleaning while we live in there.  we only would have had 2 more days left to stay.  On our arrival there were no towels, no toilet papers, no garbage bags and no...
