The receptionist was lovely, pleasant and we were so pleased that our room was ready on arrival, early in the morning, lovely room, with a desk and chair, close to everything.

Front desk staff were not very friendly when I asked to check in early (keep in mind I was emailed asking if I wanted to pay a fee to check in at 10am, and arrived to the property about 11am).
The room was nice but signs of wear and tear; including stains on the carpet, curtains, and bed. I have stayed at nicer 4 star hotels. Would probably find another hotel if I returned to Frankfurt.

Better navigate to your destinations carefully, toward Frankfurt Hbf, some streets and alleys are not pleasant. The Old Town excursion should be throughly mapped out before going. Otherewise you unintentionally end up going through some unpleasant experiences.

"Lovely , modern hotel in a great location just on the edge of old town. It is a a bit of a walk to the castle if you have mobility issues but not an issue for us, as we like hiking/walking and the multi-lingual staff will assist with calling a taxi if needed. We had a junior suite on the top floor ..."

8.2/10 Very good! (1,004 reviews)
"We booked the hotel based on its advertised location near the old town and on-site parking, laundry availability and rooms with two beds. It was across the street from the beginning of the old town area. Check. As for parking at the hotel, laundry availability and two beds, it didn’t deliver. They ..."
