"The staff were exceptional.. kind, helpful and nothing was too much. The room was tired, the sink didn't drain well, the door had a large dent that looked like it had been kicked in and just then general condition was a bit tired but the hotel, breakfast and grounds were stunning. The pool was wonderful and we could swim without buying additional spa access which was nice. The female changing rooms laked areas of privacy to change, only having one small changing room. It would be nice to have more changing cubicles for women who aren't as confident getting naked in front of strangers!"
