"Nice hotel. Great staff and good breakfast. My only criticism were the lifts and difficulty navigating the maze of rooms and corridors. I think you need more sign posting. Came down one set of stairs as lift hadn’t been closed properly upstairs and couldn’t find my way out. So just more signs. Otherwise a nice place and very friendly. "

"Loved this hotel, room was clean and well decorated. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. we made use of the new free admission into the theme park after 4pm which was a great perk! Bed was very comfortable. Some negatives were parking was £20 a night which was expensive and room was located near lifts which was fairly noisy late evening. Will definitely stay here again next year! "
