"Stayed in the new pinnacle tower which was very nice and modern. We enjoyed the comfort of the room."

"This was our second stay here and it was just as good. I had requested a microwave for our room and it was there when we arrived. Staff are always helpful. Lifts are a bit of a challenge if you’re trying to find your way around. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Great location close to restaurants. Highly rec Tony’s Steakhouse just around the corner. "

"Willow on reception was very helpful and efficient. It was Matariki holiday and we had forgotten. Te Huia train was not running for long weekend. We were able to book in to Nesuto Beach rd which was an easy walk. We made alternative travel arrangements to Hamilton and on checkout again staff were pleasant and helpful. "
