"We had such an amazing time at Cabins on Maple River. The cabin and property are absolutely stunning. The balcony over looking the river was so relaxing and peaceful. We did have a few very minor issues like the front bedroom bathroom sink was very clogged up but in a half hour i had it pkungered out and draining fine. The lights in the upstairs hallway were burned out so i bought some new ones and took care of that. Someone staying before us unpaired the remote for the back bedroom took a while but got it paired back to the tv. This place is a must stay and we will definitely be back next year. It is close to Boyne Mnt. And Spring Harbor, Nobs Nub too. The area was beautiful and the people were so nice. You have to stay here to understand just how nice and peaceful it is. "Avoid this place at all costs. It was basically in a trailer park. The place was filthy when I arrived with my two young kids a few hours after check in time. The "Evolve" people have been totally non-responsive despite my multiple calls. I was expected to wait until 10 pm to check in but sorry my kids were already asleep in the place we found. I was unwilling to derail my vacation because of the owner's mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They will steal your money and ghost you."
