"This is a beautiful hotel, I’m glad we booked here for at least a great break in our trip. The hotel has a great view, the ambiance is relaxing and the room is excellent. Shopping was easy to get to via walking or train. Breakfast is a must, pleasant, comfortable, great food and drink, not a rush mad house. I would love to return to Nagoya and this hotel."

"Really fun room for the kids. We had 3 kids and the staff made sure there were 3 Lego sets in the treasure hunt activity (we previously stayed at other Legoland hotels that only provided 2 gifts as standard) - this was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Great theming. Breakfast was very decent. Convenient for the park. We were given priority access to park even though we hadn’t checked in yet, just by showing hotel baggage storage tag. We should have checked in earlier though as they gave us park game coupons which we weren’t able to use as we were only staying one night and only received after checking in (after our park visit). They also gifted us a popcorn bucket which was a surprise for Halloween."
