We did not receive our check in information up to the day we arrived. This was booked 6 months in advance. We had to call another Kicon site to get the number. When we called they couldn’t find our reservation. Once they did find our reservation and sent it via email everything was fine.

무인 체크인이라는 점에서 체크인 부담이 없었습니다. 다만 그만큼 사전에 여권 사진과 체크인 서류를 메일로 주고 받아야 한다는 점이 있습니다. 하지만 이렇게 처리하고 여행 때 시간을 단축할 수 있다는 점은 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 이 뿐만 아니라 이케시타 역에서 정말 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있기 때문에 접근성도 좋았습니다. 도보 15분 정도 거리에 돈키호테도 있고(크지는 않습니다) 바로 앞에 편의점도 있어 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다.

室内は清潔感があり静かです。 洗濯機があり、お風呂場に乾燥が付いているので翌日には乾き、家族連れには大変便利でした。 コンビニ、地下鉄も近くお出かけしやすかったです。

予約後の対応で返信や電話等では連絡が取れなかったところが不安に感じた。ネット記載のメールアドレスでやっと返信きました。 施設自体は駅近、とてもきれい、周辺にも飲食店が豊富、浴室乾燥機がすごく便利、などすごく過ごしやすかった。 ただエアコンの結露？で雨漏りのように水が漏れてきたのはちょっとマイナスでした。

下次來名古屋，我一定還會來住

離車站很近，有電梯，房間很大，四人住很寬敞，浴室有大浴缸，設備齊全。雖然不是在名古屋車站旁，但是週邊有超市，有麥當勞，有大阪王將，過沒幾站就到榮站，真的很方便！

편하게 묵고 갑니다.

덕분에 편안하게 지냈습니다. 예약시 사진 이메지가 7인방이었나봐요, 딱 잠자기에 맞는 방이라서 부족함은 없었지만 조금 이미지와 다르더군요. 보조침구가 머리가락이 많이 묻어있어서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 3박라서 세탁기가 있는 것은 아주 좋았어요

価格がもう少しお安いといいのですが。

洗濯機・浴室乾燥機付きで荷物を大幅に減らせます。 しかし頻繁にブレーカーが落ちます。 施設は概ね清潔感がありましたが、マグカップに前客の使用した歯磨き粉？が付いていました。 家族３名で利用しましたが、部屋でゆっくりする時間が少なかったため広さは特に気になりませんでした。 近くにコンビニがあり便利でした。 直近の駐車場は狭いですが安かったです。

快適でした！

家族でのジブリパーク旅行の際に利用しました。 子どもが5人なのでなかなか一般的なホテルでは予約が取れず、それならばゲストハウスで！と予約しましたが、大正解でした。自宅マンションと変わりなく過ごせたので、とても快適でした。特に洗濯・浴室乾燥ができるのが最高です。 また、最寄駅からのアクセスも良かったです。コンビニがすぐ近くにありますし、飲食店やドラッグストア、スーパーも近いのでとても便利でした。 また名古屋を旅行する際にはこちらを拠点にしたいと思います。リピート決定です！

内装は非常に綺麗でスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。 唯一残念だったのは、壁と床が薄いので周囲の家の生活音や足音がかなり聞こえてきてしまい、寝るのに不便でした。 それ以外は満足です。
