The only complaint is that the rooms seemed a bit outdated and there were a lot of minor cosmetic improvements that need to be made (chipped furniture, wall paper coming off(. Very close to Nagoya station, my room was large for Japan, with room for working on my computer. The Vietnamese restaurant associated with the hotel, was good and convenient, when I did not want to brave the decision making involved in selecting as restaurant in one of the restaurants around the hoetl The breakfast there was a bargain when made with my reservation.

The hotel staff was wonderful! Helped us retrieve things we left in the room after check out and stored a lot of our luggage as we waited to catch our train to next stop. Clean, and good showers and good breakfast. Excellent location for train station.
