"Unable to access the minibar without authorisation yet upon checkout i had outstanding charges for the minibar that wasn’t even open?? there was a bloody plaster right on the edge of the pool and the waterfall in the pool is very rusty. The hotel and staff are lovely but those 2 things did take away ..."
