"Pros: The staff are really accommodating, respectful, and responsive—they’re great. Cons: The only issue I had was with the room sink. It was making noises at night, and I woke up to what looked like it had overflowed, leaving a lot of dirt/mud in the sink, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, my key card didn’t work a couple of times, so I had to go back to the lobby—even while carrying a heavy bag—which was really inconvenient. This happened twice already during my stay, especially frustrating after working long 13-hour shifts and just wanting to rest."
