Down side car park attached to hotel is down a steep slope so not good if you can’t walk far, no direct access from car park into hotel. "We were there for just one night, prior to a cruise. Getting a taxi the next morning was an issue, as there were 4 cruise ships in port. We were travelling with 4 others, so got 1 taxi for 2 and big luggage, and the rest of us walked to the terminal, a 45 minute walk. Weirdly, the hotel is in the middle of a traffic circle, easily crossed to a beautiful park, close to high street"

"Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person.
