The host and hostess went beyond to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. They even provided me breakfast foods so that I could eat before leaving as I had to leave before their scheduled breakfast time. Their property reflects their pride in their home. Their warm greetings made me wish I had more time than the overnight stay booked. Very friendly folk!"

"Conveniently located place in Victoria. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. The Palms restaurant and bar was nice, with good food and very nice prices on alcoholic beverages. We would recommend the place. Just be mindful of the area around downtown. As a first time visitor to Victoria, we were surprised by the number of drugged out, homeless people wandering around city hall."
