"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Every staff member was lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed (plus 2 shower heads, I've never seen that before anywhere)! I also really loved the lobby area where you can hang out and have tea from their complimentary tea station. Location was absolutely perfect, being right next door to Murchie's and Munro's Books felt like such a luxury. Overall my experience was honestly perfect, especially considering the very reasonable price point!"

For us, the best part of this property are the free bicycles for guests to use - Victoria is an amazing bike city (the best cycling infrastructure we have ever seen in North America), so the fact this property has free bikes that are well-maintained means we will come back here every time we come to Victoria!"
