"This is an average property made slightly above average due to the location and their free breakfast. Location can’t be beat as you can walk everywhere from there. Dallas road, the breakwater, downtown, parliament buildings, museum and Beacon Hill park. Parking was safe, secure and easy. Breakfast selection was very good. Construction of a new ship terminal practically across the street was a downer as it was noisy and blocked some of our view of the harbour but that is not the hotel’s fault. We had a flood in our room in the middle of the night which was not great but we were compensated reasonably and fairly which we appreciated. It was handled professionally by the night staff and front desk the next day. Lots of noise in the mornings by the housekeeping staff . Also found the staff in the buffet area to be quite unfriendly. All in all, good for a 2 night stay"
