Sandman Hotel Victoria

Sandman Hotel Victoria

8/10 Good
"The staff were all very friendly. Our bed was clean and very comfortable. Even though our room was beside the elevator it wasn’t bothersome at all and we found it quiet. The pool and hot tub are VERY dated but it was nice to have the amenities there and the water was clean in both. The fitness centre is small but has everything you would need while on the road. The Denny’s restaurant attached was EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED and the food was just OK. We recommend walking one block up to Spoons Diner for breakfast. We found this hotel to be a good value for the location."

"Excellent hotel. Spotless and incredibly comfortable. The only problem is the location; strategically in a decent spot but not a particulary safe-feeling neighborhood at night."
