"Had an amazing time at Leopardsong Manor and would highly recommend booking here. I booked this trip to relax and disconnect and it was perfect! The staff were all so friendly and took the time to wish me a happy birthday, there was such a nice personal touch to the customer service. The food and were facilities were great. "Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."

The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things run smoothly even though they were experiencing load shedding in the area. "
