"I had great hopes for this hotel but fell short a little. The property is nice and well done but does not offer anything beyond a room and a, lets call it "sufficient" breakfast. Unless you use the spa area which looks great on the pictures, there is just nothing else. The view is great, the location is great and the hotel is in great condition. Hence the reason for the 5-star but it sure is lacking something a little more. Parking is a bit of a pain and loading/unloading should be better explained in an initial email before arriving. We blocked the road by mistake. No elevator, for whoever may need that. We were fine. Just would have liked to love it 100%"

"The property itself is really nice but checking in is a bit more difficult. When you arrive at the property you are presented with the phone number to call the reception which is located somewhere else. When I called up the woman on the phone was not very helpful and trying to give me directions to get to reception which are down the road across the Roundabout up the hill and about one kilometer away. Once I got checked in the rest of it was fairly straightforward getting back to the property obtaining the key from the lock box and then getting into the room the room was supposed to have a ironing board but didn't"

"Avevano chiesto un lettino da campeggio, ma la richiesta su Expedia non è stata visualizzata e al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che non ci fosse disponibilità. Orario del check out diversamente da quanto indicato è alle 10.00. Struttura un po’ trascurata. Ottima e ricca colazione, personale di sala gentile e disponibile. "
