"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel — it was comfortable, with a spacious room and a great location just a 10-minute walk from the main center. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I did notice a few minor issues, such as some dirty marks on the floor and small stains on the bathroom towels, which could be improved. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would still recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay."

The staff are uniquely warm & friendly but professional & courteous and helpful. The Syrian evening/night receptionist stood out as especially helpful. 3. "Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"
