"This resort is incredibly nice The staff are very friendly and very helpful and the amenities are really nice Very short walk to the beach nice Pools The only thing that was lacking was choices of food. Seems like except for one restaurant, they all have the same menu or so very close that there’s only maybe one difference. I would think they would offer a little more fish like shrimp or fried fish or clams, lobster since they’re right there by the ocean. There are several other restaurants in the area that you could drive or Uber to."

"Well maintained property. Clean room with great view. Pool and beach were great. Service level was hit or miss maybe because it’s the start of the vacation season. At times the food and beverage service was excellent and other times not so good (long wait for food delivery). My main concern was that every charge I applied to my room for food, beverage or umbrella and chairs on the beach was immediately posted to my bank card. The amount was always more than the actual amount as I was told that was for “security” purpose and that that actual would be adjusted at checkout. My final bill was adjusted but it was very confusing. Normally the card does not get charged until you review the bill and check out."

"The hotel itself was fine. Although there is very little space for hanging clothes. My issue is AFTER our stay was over. The $100 dollar deposit was never refunded. I now have several small charges on my credit card statement that shouldn't be there because when we checked out, those were paid. Tried to call the hotel. Constant recordings give you the run around. I booked through Travelocity so all I have is an itinerary number. The hotel apparently doesn't recognize that. Since the trip is over, they are no help. So Kingston Savannah...could someone please contact me so we can resolve this?"
