A passer-by took us in and I was surprised to find everywhere in semi darkness, the reason being that we had entered just before check in. "Excellent stay! Hotel is very new, modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location, just a 5 min walk from Himeji station and the Shinkansen. Staff were really friendly and helpful at check in. Stayed in a twin room and it was a great size vs. other rooms we had stayed in during our Japan trip. Would strongly recommend!"
