The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing. What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I...

DORMERO Hotel Hannover

DORMERO Hotel Hannover

10/10 Excellent
"Location and hotel was very good. We didn't take the option for breakfast as we were tight for time in the mornings and we also felt that it was expensive. We had to leave the hotel five days early and return to the UK due to a medical emergency. I've contacted the hotel direct and also via Hotel.com asking if there's any possibility of a refund for the days we were not occuping the room. So far I have not had a response, not even and acknowledgement of my email."
