Convenience in Hiroshima

Location was great and close to the train station and services. Hotel staff were kind, friendly, and spoke English. Property was older but clean, safe, and comfortable. My room had panoramic views of the river, mountains, and city. I will return.

Room 912 was not clean at all. Even on the room door there are some dirt. Underneath the bed, the lavatory and the bed cloth were all dirty as well. The smell in the room let me think that this was a smoking room until not long ago. Also worth to mention that there is no room servie every day- only every second day. Overall, unfortunately by far my worst hotel experience in Japan.

この宿の一番の魅力は広島駅から近いわりに安い宿泊料金です。そのかわり部屋の狭さや施設の古さは諦めないといけませんが、出張などで部屋ではシャワーを浴びて寝るだけ、といった使い方であれば、清潔なベッドで寝ることが出来ますので、満足感は得られると思います。

2度目は無いかな

チェックインの対応をしてくれた方が、普段着といった格好(受付に座っていなければホテルのスタッフとは思わないような)で、なおかつ、ものすごく無愛想だった。 ただ、チェックアウトの時の方は普通に対応が良かった。 冷蔵庫が、庫内のつまみを回さないと冷えなくなっていて(つまみ自体は単に温度調節のためのものだと思うが、必ず使うものなのに、なぜ最初から冷えないようになっているのか、謎でしかない。節約のためなのか？エコというよりケチっているとしか思えない)、 でも説明書きも何もなく、壊れているのかと思ってしまった。 フロントに確認しようと思ったら、電話がなかったので、わざわざフロントまで行って聞かなければならなかった。 部屋も古くて、なんとなく清潔感も無い感じだった。 駅からはそこそこ近かったが、 そのためか、値段もそこまで安いというわけでもなく、また泊まりたいとは思えないホテルでした。

特に不満はなかったです。 部屋も広く眼下に川が見れ窓も大きく見晴らしも良かったです。 ただ、お風呂の蛇口の開け閉めが固くきつく閉めないとポタポタと止まりませんでした。
