駅から徒歩10分、ウォーターフロントなホテル

川に面して、とてもキレイなホテルでした。チェックインも0時近くでしたが、冷たいおしぼりを出して頂き、対応も親切でした。部屋は清潔ですごしやすかったです。 駅からからちょっと歩くのが、難ですかね。

こちらにはホテルの目の前に平面駐車場が有るので便利だと思います。 あいにくの雨でしたが、それほど濡れずにチェックイン出来ました。

Very nice hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Hiroshima station and 20mins to the main city tourist area. No issues with English during the day and night. Great twin room, plenty of space. Would stay again.

川沿いで桜吹雪が綺麗でした

よかったとはいえないですが 川沿いの桜がとても綺麗でした 部屋は反対側で窓も小さく暗く ビジネスホテルて感じです 次は行きたくないかも

청결하고 기차역에서 가까워 다니기 좋았습니다. 강변 경치도 좋았습니다. 화장실도 다른 곳보다 약간 더 커서 좋았으며, 주변이 조용하여 소음도 별로 없었습니다.

コスパは良いが

出張で利用するのであれば、駅からも近く、金額も高くはない。 今回、喫煙出来る部屋に泊まったが、これはダメ。 普通、喫煙出来る部屋でも、チェックイン直後はほぼ臭わないが、ここは最初から臭かった。 窓も開かず、空気清浄機もないため、エアコンを送風に切り替え、何となく消臭されたが。 喫煙者といってもIQOSのため、この臭いはキツかった。非喫煙者は耐えられないかと。 ここの喫煙部屋にはもう泊まりません。 従業員の方々の対応は、可もなく不可もなくといったところ。

CSがしっかりしてるホテル

夜にcard keyの磁気不良で部屋に入らなくなりました。 その際も真摯に対応して頂き、またチェックアウトの際も引き継ぎがしっかり出来ていたのか、夜に対応して頂いた方ではなかったのですが、謝罪の言葉をかけて頂けました。 card keyの磁気不良で少し嫌な気持ちでしたが、従業員さんの対応のお陰で、逆にそれも忘れる事が出来るぐらいでした。

広島駅利用でしたら、ロケーション最高！

出張で利用しました。広島駅から実質徒歩5、6分くらいしかかからず、非常に便利でした。部屋も綺麗でした。また利用したいと思います。
