"Room was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. Was right near train station. Not that much shops but had food. Overall for traveling it was very reasonable. If you need a place to stay if your not looking for fancy."

"There are so many good things to say about the Grandvia. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The amenities with the breakfast, tea, and cocktails were great. Everyday, our room was cleaned and spotless. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!"

"The location was great but the parking was full. We got directed to the D parking lot just across the road. It turned out to be cheaper and really close. The rooms were clean but smaller beds than usual. We would still recommend this accommodation. Value for money."

"Location was excellent; so easy to get off the Shinkansen and get right to the hotel. Like many Japanese hotels, the rooms were a bit small, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay."
