"Elnaz and her team were amazing hosts at the Kensington Green Marmaris.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything we requested was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner.
Breakfast was very nice, better than most places we've stayed at during our trip.
The location of the hotel is slightly off the beat and track, but once you arrive here the hotel is well looked after and the welcome of the hosts was very well received after a tiring drive.

"AC was not cooling down the room (either too small for the room or needed maintenance), despite kept it working for hours we could not reduce room temperature below 28-29 C at night! Also, they did not provide a child bed but just a sheet on the small sofa. Apparently they count the sofa as the 3rd bed in the rooms, so beware of it. Staff at the bar area are mostly nice, but the reception staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. "

One friendly feedback though, sometimes we felt like we need to have frequent conversations with the staff when we were eating. Room and bathroom clean but could do with an update. The shower hose was spraying everywhere but we popped down to the reception staff and reported it and the maintenance man was there to fix it before we got back to the room. Superb service.
Food and drinks were fine. You could eat or drink all day if you wanted to. Snack bar was really nice as you order of a menu.
