"I was very disappointed with my stay at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino. The lobby had no air conditioning, which made check-in and common areas very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The food quality was below expectations, with limited variety and poor taste compared to other resorts in the area. Considering the high price of this hotel, the overall experience did not provide good value for the money. I would not recommend this resort to friends or family, and I would not stay here again. There are better options available at a similar or lower price."

"Room had roaches . Housekeeping came and took all towels everyday so every time I would request on the app or call to reception NOBODY ever came , when my bf would go in the hall the ask housekeepers they would get an attitude .My sheets were not changed at all my whole stay ."

"Very pretty property, Manny Mercedes was very helpful and professional. The quality of the food could be improved; more healthier choices would be great. Room was clean, staff was wonderful and the live entertainment was excellent, I would say the quality of the food needs improvement, breakfast was great!"

"The room was clean, the swim up bar was nice, and overall the pools were well kept and clean. However, there were cockroaches in our swim up pool in our room and in the restaurants. The food was also subpar. We were only allowed to book 1 reservation throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because the only other place to eat was the buffet at nighttime. The buffet was not great, there were cold cuts and dairy based sauces just out, not on ice. Would not recommend."
