"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel! This was our first time in Punta Cana and we loved it! Everyone was so nice. The staff had such a positive attitude! We would love to come back again! "

"Great family experience, the grounds were excellent. The staff was very attentive, personable, professional, fun and truly made the experience. Remembering the resort is all inclusive so drinks and food are included. We had trouble getting into dining restaurants at the front of hotel as dinner starts at 6 and there are no reservations. The lines can get pretty long and if you’re not there by 7:30 might as well head to buffet. But all in all between buffet and food court you should be ok. Good drinks, casino and splash park is a short walk. I would and will return with this resort being at the top of my list. Thanks for the experience RIU!"

"Outstanding experience! We had a room with a hot tub—had issues with that & the hot tub had a sulfur like smell. Dididnt really use more than once. Food was good. Very limited room service & it took quite a while. It was exactly what we wanted for our first all inclusive resort—-quiet & relaxing."
